I kneel before the cool waters of the river and I see that I am beautiful.

And this is not vanity but a celebration. 

I shake my tail feathers at you who are also very beautiful.

Come shake your tail feathers with me and let us celebrate together.

If your tail feathers are less thick, rejoice for you have more room in which to spin.

And if your tail feathers are less bright, then I thank you for you do not hurt my eyes.

And if your tail feathers have all fallen away, take these grasses, 

ferns and flowers and make your dancing all the more wild.

What a sight we shall make.
