The Sun - 19

Oh happy days, happy days, hopeful and sunny.

Days full of marvel and special and funny.

Days full of nice things like hay-stacks and honey,

and two dippy eggs with bright yolks that are runny.

 

Our fool she did bathe in the light golden glow,

of the promise of more good things all in a row.

Such a time of rejoicing with peace in the heart,

that oftentimes comes when a things at its start.

Or, when fully enjoying the ripening of deeds,

which were planted in earnest like magical seeds.

 

The magus he smiles as fool blissfully plays,

in a heartwarming, carefree, sweet sunshiny daze.

'Oh fool, look at you, where on earth have you been?

What a story you're telling and get you, a queen!

I wonder what more can be said or be done,

revealed by the light of this great and good sun? 

I wonder what else lies ahead near or far?

Cherish these times for the treasures they are.'
